I am really looking forward to playing with this new gadget of mine. I hope it arrives sooner than later. It has a 5 day window period for arrival. The soonest being in two days, but I won’t keep my hopes up. I’ve heard nothing but great things about this model of the MacBook Pro and some friends of mine have been talking about starting up a podcast. This would be the perfect machine to edit a podcast from. More of my thoughts later when I actually receive the product. It’s a new relationship with me and my laptop.
I feel like I’m waiting in line for the endor express in star tours at Disneyland. Every once in a while, a lady speaks over the intercom speaking about the safety of our baggage. I’m waiting for the announcement that the Endor express has arrived and will begin boarding momentarily.

Here are our pumpkin carvings for 2008. I did the phoenix. Adrian did the face and Erika did the witch & cauldron.

He had a urinary block and had to take him to the Emergency Vet. They wanted to charge $1500 to unblock it. What a RIP OFF! It’s almost like they don’t give you any other choice but to put your pets down through euthenasia. Lucky for me and Atrus, they gave us the option of surrendering him to the vet where they would fix him and adopt him out to another family. Ridiculous, I say!
I am fortunate enough to say that he will live but not in my care. He was a fun loving and rare little feline. I will truly miss him. He kept me company when I needed it.
I hope your new family will take just as good care of you as I did. I will always love you and miss you. Get well and so long…
The Coldplay concert was awesome. They were playing at the HP Pavilion. There were a few times that I felt adament to stand up and dance a little and perhaps clap my hands because the people around us were a little dead. But I’m glad I did because I had a great time and Coldplay knows how to entertain.

You really should register to vote! It’s that simple. I’m not saying why. You know you should do it. So just do it…

Ok, so my assistant manager was doing the order the other day and I thought this was a funny thing to post in my blog. Now I know this is probably due to the fact that the computer cuts off the full name but when we add our new lemonade blended base to our transfer list it shows up with a rather interesting ingredient. I hope you enjoy the new blended lemonade that we offer. Yum yum.
They actually are really good, they taste like frozen lemonade from a theme park. Try it next time you drop into a starbucks. You won’t be disappointed.
So I had this picture in my iPhone from last year’s camping trip to Richardson Grove in Garberville, CA (for those who want to know the location). I was browsing them because I am so ready to go back. We have this sort of get-together we call a “Gathering” every year where we go camping at this particular location and this year will be the 3rd Annual Gathering. We started with 6 people the first year and increased it to 8 last year. This year we are counting on 10-12.
I thought I would ring in the summer season (I know its late) with a picture we can all look at and help us all look forward to what’s coming in the not to distant future. I am so ready. Aren’t you?
This was one fun trip if I do say so myself. If you ever decide to go camping, make sure you plan it ahead of time so you’re not using up all your time planning what you need to do while you are actually on the trip. Do it all ahead of time. If you miss something the first time around, you can always go back again and do the stuff you missed.
I thought I would just add that little tidbit of information for you. This entry was mainly to let you see the pictures from the trip. We went for Vivien’s (murmur’s) Birthday to Pismo Beach, CA. If you love the beach, you’ll love Pismo!
